1	lb	Strawberries
1 1/4	c	Heavy Cream
1/2	c	(+ 2 Tbsp) Granulated
		Sugar
		Juice Of 1/2 Orange

Clean the strawberries. Slice them fairly thick, reserving 6 whole strawberries for decoration. Whip the cream lightly with 1/2 cup of the sugar and the orange juice. Stir in the fruit quite vigorously. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut the whole strawberries into fan shapes and decorate the cream. Serves 4.
